It's a nice Monday morning in Urdaneta Mission and there has been no wind or rain. It looks like we may not be affected at all by this typhoon. The islands south of Manila have seen a lot of rain and winds. There has been some damage of trees, signs and windows in Tacloban and Eastern Samar, but nothing at all like last year's super typhoon. The missionaries and members in those areas had already been evacuated from the coastal areas to community and church buildings and all are safe. The typhoon is expected to move out to sea. Thank you for your many prayers.

There are a few more clouds, but Monday appears to be a nice day.
The missionaries will have an enjoyable P-day.
